How HFX Trading Works
Simply put, HFX trading is predicting whether the price of a given currency paired against another currency will go up or down in a specified time frame.
You get to choose the time frame, which is generally anywhere between 1 minute and 30 minutes. You also get to choose how much you are willing to risk on any given trade, which can be as little as one dollar, or 10's of thousands of dollars.
You have the opportunity to make a profit whether the price is predicted to go up or down, so the opportunities can be endless.
Several broker platforms available in the market today make this process as easy as making two selections (price and time), clicking a button (Up/Call or Down/Put), seeing immediate results, rinsing and repeating.
There is no guesswork on the amount you will gain or lose on any given trade. It is all calculated and right in front of you before you enter a trade.
Your trade win earnings are not calculated by "how far" up or down the market goes. That is irrelevant. The only variable to consider here is, will the currency price go up, or will the currency price go down? As long as you choose the right direction, your payout will be the same no matter how far the market moves. This aspect alone is what keeps HFX trading incredibly simple.
All currency pairs will have a preset payout amount ranging from 60% to upwards of 85%. And you only stand to lose the amount that you put into any given trade. Meaning, if you enter a trade with $10 and it pays 80%, you are essentially putting $10 into the market until your trade expires. If the market goes the direction you chose in the given time frame, you get $18 back, netting an $8 profit. If the market goes the opposite direction, you lose the $10 that you entered into the trade.

What Is The Risk?
There is always risk associated with any investment opportunity. Generally, the higher the potential reward, the higher the risk will be.
The problem lies with those who stumble upon this method of trading without any real guidance. Often, they will go about this process like they're at the casino hoping to get on a hot streak. After all, HFX trades can be placed and completed as quickly as a spin of the roulette wheel or a hand of blackjack.
